David and his team were beyond amazing. The rodent exclusion work they did for our attic and underneath the house was complicated, custom, and thorough, and so far has been very effective. Our house is nice and warm and toasty with the new and clean insulation—and thanks to David’s team, all the old, ineffective (and yucky) insulation is thankfully gone. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and on time, and worked very hard every day to get the job done. Highly, highly recommend!

David and his team performed exclusion work to keep rodents out of our old house, which worked perfectly—we never had one more rodent. So, when we recently moved to an old farmhouse, we immediately contacted David to do the same to our new home.
David and Matt sealed every possible entry point (crawl spaces, roof openings, door gaps, etc.) with the same results, following up regularly to make sure the exclusion worked.
Before I first contacted David to handle a rat problem, I'd never heard of exclusion treatment, but it's turned out to be one of the best investments I've made in a house. And for the value, the price was more than reasonable.

Creepy crawly free peace of mind
I'm mobility impaired, and we had an unnerving roach infestation, maybe originating off the property. After practicing the daily rigors/rituals of human and animal husbandry, the last thing I want to do is yell helplessly at the sky when bugs crawl. OTC sprays usually stink and last 24 hours.
